Refund & Cancellation

You can cancel an order any time before it is packed, from your account page.

As food items are perishable, returns are accepted only for damaged, wrong or expired products reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. COD refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI.
